Pricing and fit

Clear investment. Serious growth.

You should know the financial range before giving up an hour of your day. Shadow builds custom revenue systems, but custom does not have to mean vague. Here is the honest starting point, what changes the scope, and how we decide whether the work makes business sense.

Investment levels

Built around the problem, not a pile of services.

These ranges help both sides qualify the opportunity. Your final scope depends on lead volume, locations, current technology, team structure, priorities, and implementation needs.

Multi-Location / Enterprise

Custom investment

These are investment ranges, not packaged guarantees. A written proposal defines the exact scope, timeline, responsibilities, payment terms, and any third-party costs before you make a decision.

What changes the price

Scope follows operational reality.

We price the work required to solve the problem and support the system after launch. That keeps the conversation focused on business impact instead of counting isolated deliverables.

Lead volume

More calls, forms, estimates, and customer records create more workflows, testing, and reporting needs.

Locations and markets

Multiple service areas require routing, permissions, local campaigns, and performance visibility by market.

Existing tools

We account for what should stay, what can connect cleanly, and what is creating unnecessary friction.

Team complexity

Sales, office, operations, and leadership need clear ownership, handoffs, training, and accountability.

Revenue priority

The scope follows the bottleneck with the greatest business impact, not a generic list of marketing tasks.

A strong fit

The opportunity is valuable enough to fix properly.

  • One missed call, estimate, or customer relationship has meaningful value.
  • You already generate leads but do not trust the response or follow-up process.
  • Leadership wants clearer ownership and better revenue visibility.
  • Your team is willing to use a defined process and improve it with data.
  • You want a connected growth partner, not random marketing tasks.

Probably not a fit

You only need the cheapest isolated task.

  • You are looking for a few social posts with no sales or revenue plan.
  • The business cannot respond to or fulfill additional customer demand.
  • Nobody can own leads, estimates, or follow-up inside the company.
  • You need guaranteed revenue regardless of operations or market conditions.
  • The published starting investment is outside the current budget.
What happens next

No mystery. No pressure pitch.

The first conversation is about the business problem, the numbers behind it, and whether the value supports the investment.

Straight answers

Pricing questions

Clear questions deserve clear answers. If your situation is different, the revenue audit gives us the right place to start.

Why is there not one fixed package for every company?

A roofing company with two salespeople and one location does not need the same system as a multi-location operator processing hundreds of leads. Fixed packages often make clients pay for work they do not need or leave important gaps uncovered. We publish realistic ranges, then scope the work around the actual revenue path.

Are ad spend and third-party software included?

Any media spend, phone usage, software licenses, or third-party platform costs are identified clearly in your proposal before work begins. You will know what is paid to Shadow and what is paid directly to another provider.

Do you require a long-term contract?

The timeline, responsibilities, payment terms, and any engagement period are defined in the proposal based on the work. Nothing is assumed, and you can review every term before signing.

Can we start with a smaller scope?

If the bottleneck can be solved with a focused scope, the proposal should reflect that. Ongoing engagements still begin at the published starting point because proper implementation, measurement, and support require enough capacity to do the work well.

Do you guarantee a specific amount of revenue?

No honest agency can guarantee an exact revenue result. Sales performance also depends on pricing, service quality, market conditions, capacity, and your team. We do build measurable systems around response time, follow-up activity, appointments, estimates, pipeline movement, reviews, retention, and source visibility.
